How we pack, ship and deliver your handcrafted pieces across India.

Complimentary shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders above ₹5,000 across India. Orders below this amount include a standard shipping charge shown at checkout.

Careful packing

Each piece is packed with protective wrapping so embroidery and finishes stay safe in transit.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

Delivery

Most metro cities: 4–7 days. Other locations: 7–12 days after dispatch.

Processing time

Because many pieces are handcrafted, processing may take a little longer during wedding and festive seasons. You will receive an email or WhatsApp update when your order ships.

Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link or AWB number is shared. You can also use our Track Order page.

Remote or restricted pin codes may need extra time. If delivery is delayed due to courier or weather, we will keep you informed.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address may attract extra charges.
